Hi, I'm Erin, founder and CEO of Easy Peasy. I'm so excited to finally share my family's favourite pancakes, a blend of simple, clean ingredients that we all agree has at last been perfected . . . delicious, nutritious, and on the table in minutes. I measure and blend my own Easy Peasy Pancake Mix and store it in a bottle in my pantry. When the kids are ready for pancakes, I simply add water to the bottle, shake and cook. Hot, fluffy pancakes are ready in minutes, and you'll never have to sacrifice taste and nutrition for convenience again.
